The Auditorium can be rented for $50 per hour + tax or $350 for 8 hours + tax.

The Chapel rents for a 3-hour block for a wedding. The Chapel and Leeman House rent for a 4-hour block when needed for the bridal party to dress, serve as the reception location, or both. Wedding fees also require tax payment of 9.75%. The 4-hour block would also include the gazebo if 3 locations were rented. Additional time may be purchased at $50.00 per hour. A one-hour rehearsal in addition to the 3 or 4-hour rental time is available when a wedding is scheduled.

Optional rentals include: 20x30 white tent, 3x3 card table, 6' table, dripless candles (only kind allowed in chapel), and white folding chairs (100 on hand).

Our gym has 6 basketball goals. Volleyball can also be set up for an additional fee.

25 yard indoor pool, 8 lanes, with diving well & 1 meter diving board.

Meeting Room A & B is the whole meeting room. The fee is $30 per hour for residents and $40 per hour for non residents Monday-Friday 9:00am - 8:00pm, (Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm & Sunday 1:00pm - 5:00pm. The fee includes 8 tables and 50 chairs. Extra chairs can be rented for .50 cents per chair and extra tables can be rented for $3.00 per table. The kitchen is also available with Meeting Room A & B for a flat fee of $15 for city resident of Murfreesboro and $20 per hour for non city resident..

Meeting Room A is 1/2 of the meeting room on the window side. The fee is $15 per hour for residents and $20 per hour for non residents and can be rented Monday-Friday 9:00am-8:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm and Sunday 1:00pm-5:00pm. The rental fee includes 4 tables and 25 chairs. Kitchen is not available with Meeting
Room A.

Meeting Room B is 1/2 of the meeting room on the kitchen side. The fee is $15 per hour for residents and $20 per hour for non residents and can be rented Monday-Friday 9:00am-8:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm and Sunday 1:00-5:00pm. The rental fee includes 4 tables and 25 chairs. Kitchen is available with Meeting Room B for an additional charge of $15 for city resident of Murfreesboro and $20 per hour for non city resident. .

BORO BEACH RENTAL
The customer will have all of the features of the Water Park except the lap pool. The Water Park rules apply during rentals. The cost for residents of Murfreesboro is $400 for 2 hours plus sales tax. The cost for non residents of Murfreesboro is $450 for 2 hours plus sales tax. We start taking reservations for Boro Beach in January and it can be rented during the months of June, July and August. The days it can be rented are on Friday 7-9pm, Saturday 5-7pm and Sunday 6:30-8:30pm.
